I ordered from Traeger Grills and the grill did eventually show up, so that was a relief. The delivery took longer than the tracking originally said, which had me a little worried because I wasn’t sure if something went wrong. The box had a few dents when it arrived, but thankfully the grill was totally fine inside. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, I just would’ve appreciated more updates or some reassurance while I was waiting.

I’ve had some really good cooks on my Traeger Grills, especially ribs and chicken. The flavor is usually spot on, so I’m definitely happy with that part. I just thought it would hold temps a little steadier than it does. Sometimes the temperature swings more than I expected, and a few cooks have taken longer than they probably should have. It’s not a bad grill by any means, but for what it costs, I was expecting it to be a bit more consistent every time.

I’ve had my traeger for about 2 years now, it’s been a solid buy for me. I use it most weekends, and the paint and grates have held up better than I expected. No strange problems or annoying little issues so far, which makes me feel like it was worth the money...

Customer service was polite enough, but the whole warranty claim took way longer than I thought it would. I had to send the same pictures twice and kept having to follow up just to get things moving. What bugged me most was getting those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” messages that didn’t really answer anything. They did replace the part in the end, so I can’t say it was a total mess, but it was definitely slower and more annoying than it needed to be.

The temp control has actually been solid for me. It holds steady most of the time, with a little swinging when it’s cold or windy, which I guess is fair since apparently weather still exists.

The WiFi/app setup was not exactly a magical experience. It took me a couple tries to get connected, and every now and then it just drops off for no obvious reason, which is always a fun little surprise.

Overall, I still really like using the grill. Being able to check temps from inside is genuinely nice, I just wish the connection was a bit more reliable so I didn’t have to babysit the app like it’s part of the cook.

It works fine overall, so I can’t really say it’s bad. But maybe it’s just me, I expected a little more for the price. For basic grill stuff, it feels like it costs more than it should.

I’m not exactly handy, so I was a little cautious going in, but this was way easier to put together than I expected. The instructions were clear enough that I didn’t feel like I was guessing or risking messing something up. First cook went smoothly too, which was a relief. I’m still keeping an eye on things as I use it more, but so far it works great.
